AN ORDINANCE SPECIFYING WRITTEN NOTICES OF VIOLATION TO BE ISSUED
BY THE BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That The Salina Code is hereby amended by adding a
section to be numbered Section 9-7, which said section shall read as follows:
"Section 9-7. Notices of Violation.
All notices of violations issued by the Building
Inspection Department shall be in writing and shall
contain a specific period of time allotted for compliance"
Section 2, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
