ORDINANCE NUMBER 8211

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 12-78, 12-79, 12-80, 12-81, 12-83,
12-84, 12-85, 12-86, 12-87, 12-88, 12-92, 12-93, 12-96, 12-97, 12-98, 12-99,
12-100, 12-101, 12-102, 12-103, 12-104, 12-105, 12-106, 12-107, 12-108, 12-109,
12-110, 12-111, 12-112 OF ARTICLE V, OF THE SALINA CODE, WHICH PROVIDE THAT
CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE UNIFORM FIRE PREVENTION CODE SHALL NOT BE APPLICABLE
TO THE CITY OF SALINA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the existing Sections 12-78, 12-79, 12-80, 12-81,
12-83, 12-84, 12-85, 12-86, 12-87, 12-88, 12-92, 12-93, 12-96, 12-97, 12-98,
12-99, 12-100, 12-101, 12-102, 12-103, 12-104, 12-105, 12-106, 12-107, 12-108,
12-109, 12-110, 12-111, 12-112 of Article V of The Salina Code are hereby
repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
