AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain easement in
Block 2 of the Replat of a part of Bonnie Ridge Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded plat of the
Replat of a part of Bonnie Ridge Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and
more particularly described as follows:
All of that certain fourteen foot (141) utility easement
located seven feet north of the south line of Lot 8 and
seven feet south of the north line of Lots 9 and 10,
Block 2, in the Replat of a part of Bonnie Ridge
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, except the west twenty feet (201) of said
easement
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
