8303 Zone1 1 ORDINANCE. NUMBER8303_ (Published in The Salina Journal �46Y'bty 14' , 1973) AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: All that part of the Northwest Quarter (NW -4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE -I4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point that is 268.5 feet S 86°48' W of the southwest corner of Lot 11, Block 1, Pacific Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, thence approximately 70 feet S 86°48' W to the centerline of the old Dry Creek channel, thence westerly along said centerline to a point that is approximately 35 feet S 86°48' W of a point that is 213.6 feet S 86°48' W of the point of beginning, thence westerly to a point that is 213.6 feet S 86°48' W of the point of beginning, thence 213.7 feet S 05°08' W along the right-of-way of the Dry Creek channel change, thence 234.7 feet N 90000' E, thence 224.7 feet N 00034' W to the point of beginning. shall become a part of District "F", LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613, with reference to the LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
