8298 Vacate Woodland Avenue1 1 1 ORDINANCE NUMBER &298 (Published in The Salina Journal G Uhf �� 1973) AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of Woodland Avenue within the City of Salina, Kansas. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That a portion of Woodland Avenue, a public street in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows: That portion of Woodland Avenue in the City of Salina, Kansas, commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 17, Replat and Addition to Lots 12 - 17, Casa Loma Manor Addition to the City of Salina; thence west along the north line of said Lot 17 a distance of 425.00 feet to the east right-of-way line of Dry Creek Channel; thence northeasterly along said right-of-way line a distance of 40.16 feet; thence east along a line parallel to the north line of said Lot 17 a distance of 421.41 feet to the west line of Thirteenth Street extended; thence south 40.00 feet to the point of beginning. be and the same is hereby vacated; provided, however, the City retains the storm sewer easement located in the above described tract of land. Section 2. That the above described portion of Woodland Avenue, which is vacated by this ordinance shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with K. S. A. 13-443. Section 3.
