ORDINANCE NUMBER 8293

AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the North and South alley
in Block 4, Southern Heights Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a fifteen foot, North and South alley, abutting
Lots 1 to 16, inclusive, Block 4, Southern Heights Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and it is hereby vacated; provided however
that the City reserves the right to construct, repair and maintain utility
lines in the South 265 feet of said alley.
Section 2. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert to the
adjacent property owners in accordance with K. S. A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
