ORDINANCE NUMBER 8289

AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain easement in
Block 3, in the Replat of Edgemere Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded plat of the Replat
of Edgemere Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and more
particularly described as follows:
All of that certain utility easement located 5 feet
either side of the lot line between Lots 1 and 2,
Block 3, in the Replat of Edgemere Addition
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
