ORDINANCE NUMBER 8278

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN ALLEY IN ELM GROVE
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the North and South Alley located between vacated
Grove Street and Orange Street, between Ash Street and the south right-of-way
line of the Union Pacific Railroad, adjacent to Lots 1 through 21, inclusive,
Block 5, Elm Grove Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be
and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the alley vacated hereby shall revert to the adjacent
property owners in accordance with K. S. A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
