AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF ASH
STREET IN ELM GROVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of Ash Street, a public street in Elm Grove
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
All of that portion of Ash Street which lies
between the west right-of-way line of Orange
Street and the east right-of-way line of the
vacated Grove Street, which is adjacent to
Lots 1 and 21, Block 5, and Lots 9 and 10,
Block 6, Elm Grove Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of Ash Street, which is
vacated by this ordinance shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K. S, A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
