AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 8257 PERTAINING TO THE
ISSUANCE OF JAVELIN CORPORATION INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Ordinance Number 8257, adopted by the Board of
Commissioners on November 6, 1972, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
