AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 20-57 OF THE SALINA CODE WHICH PROVIDES
FOR PAWNBROKERS LICENSES IN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1, That Section 20-57 of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
