AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF RAILROAD AVENUE
WITHIN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of Railroad Avenue, a public street in the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
All of that portion of Railroad Avenue which lies
between the East line of Front Street and the West
line of the vacated Grant Avenue
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of Railroad Avenue, which
is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K. S. A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
