AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A CERTAIN STREET LOCATED WITHIN
THE CITY
OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
I
Section 1. That the street designated as Kennel Road, on the
j recorded
plat of Schilling Sub -Division, in the City of Salina, Kansas, be
changed
to Brandau Road from a point on the south line of the Southeast
Quarter
of Section 4, Township 15 South, Range 3 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian,
that is 1295.00 feet west of the Southeast corner of said Southeast
Quarter,
thence northwesterly to a point that is a distance of 903.25 feet.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after

its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
