AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A CERTAIN
EASEMENT IN BLOCK 2, SOUTHERN VIEW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE
COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of an easement shown on the recorded plat
of Southern View Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and
more particularly described as follows:
The West Five feet (5') of the ten foot utility
easement along the East side of the East Sixty
Feet (601) of Lot Two (2), Block Two (2),
Southern View Addition
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
