ORDINANCE NUMBER 8315

AN ORDINANCE providing for the temporary suspension or waiver of
service fees charged by the City of Salina for use of the Solid Waste Disposal
Area.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas, may
by resolution temporarily suspend or waive the collection of the service fees
established by the City of Salina for the use of the Solid Waste Disposal Area.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official newspaper.
