RESOLUTION NUMBER 95-4941
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT AND DEED BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND
HAROLD MARTIN FOR THE SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN SMOKY
HILL DRIVE AND THE RIVER FOR THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED FORTY
DOLLARS ($540.00) .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
contract and deed between the City of Salina, Kansas and Harold Martin for
the sale of property located between Smoky Hill Drive and the River for the
amount of five hundred forty dollars ($540.00) .
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 6th day of November, 1995. �nn
