BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section F. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "F" , LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted
and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so
that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
A Tract of land in the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Thirty-
five (35), Township Thirteen (13) South, Range Three (3) West of
the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Saline County, Kansas, described
as follows:
Beginning at the center corner of said Section Thirty-five
(35); thence South along the west line of the Southeast
Quarter (SE/4) of said Section Thirty-five (35) to a point
on the North right-of-way of Interstate Highway 70 a distance
of 666.95 feet more or less; thence East -Northeast along said
right-of-way line a distance of 98.85 feet; thence North and
parallel with the west line of the West line of the Southeast
Quarter (SE/4) of said Section Thirty-five (35) a distance of
659.25 feet more or less to a point on the North line of the
Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of said Section Thirty-five (35);
thence West a distance of 98.55 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
(Also known as Lot 1, Block 1, Diamond Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.)
shall become a part of District "F", LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of
said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and
limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613, with
reference to the Light Industrial District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.

precedent for the amendment of
