AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 6-50, 6-61 AND 6-61.1 OF THE SALINA
CODE WHICH PERTAINS TO PRIVATE ROOMS, LOCATION AND VISIBILITY OF PREMISES AND
DANCING IN ESTABLISHMENT SERVING CEREAL MALT BEVERAGES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 6-50, Section 6-61, and Section 6-61.1 of
The Salina Code are hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
