8416 Food Handlers PermitORDINANCE NUMBER 8416 (Published in The Salina Journal 1975) AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING AN APPLICATION FOR A FOOD HANDLERS PERMIT; ESTABLISHING THE FEE THEREFOR; AMENDING SECTION 14-16 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That Section 14-16 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 14-16. implication for permit required; fee established; prerequisites to issuance. No permit required by Section 14-15 shall be issued by the health officer except on the filing of an application to the health officer on a form furnished by him for such purpose, and on payment by the applicant of a permit fee of ten dollars ($10) to the city clerk and until the establishment for which such permit is desired shall be inspected by the health officer and found him to comply in all respects with the requirements of this article." Section 2. That Section 14-16 of the Salina Code is hereby repealed. Section 3.
