AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING A PERMIT FOR SANDBLASTING ON THE OUTSIDE OF ANY
BUILDING; ESTABLISHING THE FEE THEREFOR; AMENDING SECTION 9-368 OF THE SALINA
CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION 9-368 and 9-369.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-368 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
repealed.
"Section 9-368. Permit required; fee.
No person shall do any sandblasting on the outside of
any building without first obtaining a permit so to do from
the building inspector. A permit shall be obtained for each
building sandblasted. The fee for any sandblasting permit
shall be ten dollars ($10)."
Section 2. That Section 9-368 and 9-369 of the Salina Code are hereby

after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
