AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE PERMIT FOR THE INSTALLATION OR ERECTION OF
ANY FENCE OR WALL AND ESTABLISHING THE FEE THEREFOR; AMENDING SECTION 9-346 OF
THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-346 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 9-346. Permit required; fee.
No person shall install any fence or wall without
first having procured a written permit therefor from the
building inspector. The city clerk shall charge a fee
of three dollars ($3) for the issuance of such permit."
Section 2. That Section 9-346 of the Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
