AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE FEES FOR PLUMBING AND GAS FITTING PERMITS
REQUIRED BY THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE; AMENDING SECTION 9-203 OF THE SALINA CODE
AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-203 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 9-203. Permit fees.
The following fees for plumbing and gas fitting permits,
as required by the Uniform Plumbing Code, shall be charged:
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
