AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEES; AMENDING SECTION
9-163 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-163 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 9-163. Permit fees established.
Electrical permit fees will be collected from the
electrical contractor, individual or property owner at the
following rates:
For
the first ten openings, per opening . . .

Additional
