AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE FEE FOR A PERMIT TO ERECT A SIGN;
AMENDING SECTION 9-67 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-67 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 9-67. Permit fee.
Any person, firm or corporation desiring a permit
under the provisions of this article shall, at the time
of receiving such permit, pay to the city the fee of
six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50) for each permit."
Section 2. That Section 9-67 of the Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
