AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER
6613 AND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING FOR
THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND PRESCRIBING THE PROPER
USES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning
District Map, the rezoning of certain land therein, hereinafter described has
been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C", APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and
published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so
that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter (SWO of
Section Seventeen (17), Township Fourteen (14) South,
Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian
in Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described
as follows:
(This property is the East three hundred sixty-two and
sixty-nine hundredths feet (362.691) of Lot 7, Block 2;
all of Blocks 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10 in Georgetown Addition)
shall become a part of District "C", APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the use of said
11 described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and
limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613, with
reference to the APARTMENT DISTRICT.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.

Commencing at a point two hundred feet (2001)
east of the southwest corner of Section Seventeen
(17), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2)
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline
County, Kansas; thence north three hundred eighty-
seven feet (3871); thence east three hundred ninety-
two and sixty-nine hundredths feet (392.691); thence
north six hundred fifty feet (6501); thence east
one thousand nine hundred two feet (1,9021); thence
south a distance of one thousand thirty-seven feet
(1,0371) to the south line of said Section Seventeen
(17), thence west two thousand two hundred ninety-
four and sixty-nine hundredths feet along the south
line of said Section Seventeen (17) to the point
of beginning.
(This property is the East three hundred sixty-two and
sixty-nine hundredths feet (362.691) of Lot 7, Block 2;
all of Blocks 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10 in Georgetown Addition)
shall become a part of District "C", APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the use of said
