AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LICENSE FEE FOR TAXICABS; AMENDING
SECTION 34-57 AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 34-57 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 34-57. License duration, fee.
A license issued under this article shall be for a period
ending December thirty-first next after it is issued. The
license fee for each year, or any fraction thereof, shall be
thirteen dollars ($13.00) per taxicab."
Section 2. That the existing Section 34-57 of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after December 31, 1974.
