AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LICENSE FEE FOR TREE TRIMMERS AND
TREATERS; AMENDING SECTION 33-26 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING
SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 33-26 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 33-26. License fee.
The city clerk shall collect the following license
fees from applicants:
Sec. 33-26 (1). For the trimming of trees
andshrubs ................................. $20.00
See. 33-26 (2). For the treating of trees
andshrubs ................................. $20.00
See. 33-26 (3). For the trimming and treating
of trees and shrubs ........................ $33.00
Section 2. That the existing Section 33-26 of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after December 31, 1974.
