AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LICENSE FEE FOR PERSONS DOING CONCRETE
WORK IN PUBLIC STREETS; AMENDING SECTION 32-209 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING
THE EXISTING SECTIONS 32-209 and 32-210.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 32-209 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 32-209. License fee established.
The licensee under this article shall pay to the
city an annual fee of thirteen dollars ($13.00)."
Section 2. That the existing Sections 32-209 and 32-210 of the Salina
Code are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after December 31, 1974.
