AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LICENSE FEES FOR PRIVATE REFUSE HAULERS;
AMENDING SECTION 31-66 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 31-66 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 31-66. License fee established.
The license fee shall be one hundred thirty-three dollars
($133.00) for each vehicle per year or any portion thereof."
Section 2. That the existing Section 31-66 of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after December 31, 1974.
