8395 Mobile Home Ct LicenseORDINANCE NUMBER 8395 ' (PubI ished in The Sal in Journal WDJeMher 21_, 1974) AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A LICENSE FEE FOR THE OPERATION OF A MOBILE HOME COURT WITHIN THE CITY; AMENDING SECTIONS 21-23 and 21-24 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE ORIGINAL SECTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That Sections 21-23 and 21-24 of the Salina Code are hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 21-23. License fee. Each application for a mobile home court license shall be accompanied by a license fee of one dollar and thirty-five cents ($1.35) per occupied area unit for each calendar year quarter or any part thereof. The license fee shall be payable on or before the first day of January, Apri i, July, and October of each year. For the purpose of this section, the number of occupied units shall be determined as being those units occupied by a mobile home on the last day of the calendar year quarter immediately preceding the date of application for said license. "Section 21-24. Expiration, renewal of license; renewal fee. Each mobile home court license shall expire on December thirty-first next following the date of issue. The license may be renewed annually by the payment of three dollars and thirty-five cents ($3.35) per area unit, provided however, before any license shall be renewed, the premises shall be subject to an inspection as above provided on the original application." Section 2. That the existing Sections 21-23 and 21-24 of the Salina Code are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after December 31, 1974.
