AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LICENSE FEE FOR MOBILE HOME CRAFTSMAN
AND APPRENTICES; AMENDING SECTION 9-417 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE
EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-417 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 9-417. License fees
Applicants for mobile home craftsman licenses
shall pay to the city clerk twenty-five dollars
($25.00) per year. Mobile home craftsman apprentice
shall pay to the city clerk five dollars ($5.00) per
year. Renewals shall be at the same rate as the
original license."
Section 2. That the existing Section 9-417 of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after December 31, 1974.
