AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RENEWAL LICENSE FEES FOR PLUMBING
CONTRACTORS AND THE RENEWAL FEES FOR REGISTRATION OF MASTER PLUMBERS,
JOURNEYMAN PLUMBERS AND APPRENTICE PLUMBERS; AMENDING SECTION 9-220 OF THE
SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-220 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 9-220. Renewal procedure; fee.
The license and registration of certificate renewal fee
shall be paid to the city clerk. The annual renewal fee shall
be:
Plumbing contractor's license . . . . . . $35.00
Master plumber registration . . . . . . . . 5.00
Journeyamn plumber registration . . . . . . 5.00
Apprentice plumber registration . . . . . . 5.00 "
Section 2. That the existing Section 9-220 of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after December 31, 1974.
