AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL FEE FOR AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR'S
LICENSE; AMENDING SECTION 9-132 AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 9-132 of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 9-132. License fee.
The annual fee for an electrical contractor's license to
each person, firm, partnership or corporation engaging in
the above described work shall be as follows:
Sec. 9-132 (1). Initial license and nonconsecutive annual
renewals shall be one hundred thirty-five dollars ($135.00).
Sec. 9-132 (2). Each consecutive renewal shall be thirty
five dollars ($35.00).
Sec. 9-232 (3). Those holding such licenses at the time of
the adoption of this code shall be required to pay only the
renewal fee."
Section 2. That the existing Section 9-132 of the Salina Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after December 311, 1974.
