8377 License FeesORDINANCE NUMBER 8377 (Published in The Salina Journal ` U\AeMbe� Zq, 1974) I AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LICENSE FEE FOR CONDUCTING OR OPERATING ANY PUBLIC DANCE OR DANCE HALL WITHIN THE CITY; AMENDING SECTION 7-50 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That Section 7-50 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 7-50. Application for license; license fee. Before any license required by this article is issued, the person or persons, club, society or organization or the members, officers or directors thereof, applying for the same shall file with the city clerk an application for such license which shall state the name of the applicant and the location of the place where any such public dance is to be given, or where any such public dance is to be operated, or where any such public dancing is to be permitted, with such additional details with respect thereto as may be required by the city clerk, and shall pay to the city clerk a license fee for the same as follows: Sec. 7-50 (1). For one year ................ $133.00 Sec. 7-50 (2). For six months ................ 66.00 Sec. 7-50 (3). For a single day or night ..... 13.00 " Section 2. That the existing Section 7-50 of the Salina Code is hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after December 31, 1974. (SEAL) Attest: a C D. L.
