RESOLUTION NUMBER 95-4954
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT CONCURRING WITH THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE
CENTENNIAL ROAD REALIGNMENT PROJECT, THE CITY'S SHARE NOT TO
EXCEED ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHTY-EIGHT DOLLARS
AND NO/100 ($129,088.00) AND APPROVE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
TO THE PREVIOUS AGREEMENT.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement concurring with the award of contract for the Centennial Road
Realignment Project, the City's share not to exceed one hundred twenty-nine
thousand eighty-eight dollars and no/100 ($129,088.00) and approve
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the previous agreement.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 11th day of December, 1995.
