8371 ZoneORDINANCE NUMBER 8371 (Published in The Salina Journal KDyefflbtr ZZ—_, 1974) AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 6613 AND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND PRESCRIBING THE PROPER USES THEREOF. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: A tract of land lying in the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Southeast Quarter (SEµ) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirteen (13) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows: said tract of land is Maloney Addition shall become a part of District "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613, with reference to the LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. Section 2. Harrison, City Clerk Commencing at a point two hundred feet (2001) west of the northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Southeast Quarter (SEµ) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirteen (13) South, Range Three (3) West; thence south zero degrees and three minutes east (S 00003' E) and parallel to the east line of the Northeast Quarter (NEO of the Southeast Quarter (SEµ) of said Section Thirty-five (35), a distance of five hundred eighty-one and three tenths feet (581.31) to the north right-of-way line of Interstate Highway Seventy (1-70); thence south eighty-five degrees and forty-two minutes west (S 85042' W) along the north right-of-way line of Interstate Highway Seventy (1-70), a distance of three hundred and forty-eight hundredths feet (300.481); thence north zero degrees and three minutes west (N 0003' W) and parallel to the east line of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Southeast Quarter (SEµ) of said Section Thirty-five (35), a distance of six hundred three and eight tenths feet (603.81) to the north line of the Southeast Quarter (SEµ) of said Section Thirty-five (35); thence east along the north line of the Southeast Quarter (SEµ) of said Section Thirty-five (35), a distance,of three hundred feet (3001) to the point of beginning. said tract of land is Maloney Addition shall become a part of District "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
