AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN EASEMENT IN
BLOCK 3, WESTPORT EXCHANGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded plat of Westport
Exchange Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and more
particularly described as follows:
All of that certain 20 foot utility easement
located between Lots 13 and 14, Block 3,
Westport Exchange Addition
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
