AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN EASEMENT IN
BLOCK TWO (2), MARYDALE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded plat of Marydale
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and more particularly
described as follows:
All of that certain Twenty (20) foot utility easement
adjacent to Lots Twenty-eight (28), Twenty-nine (29),
Thirty (30), and Thirty-one (31), Block Two (2),
Marydale Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
