ORDINANCE NUMBER 8503

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF WILSON STREET
WITHIN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of Wilson Street, a public street in the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
All that portion of Wilson Street from the west line
of Hancock Street to the east right-of-way line of
the Missouri Pacific Railroad Tracks
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of Wilson Street, which
is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
