AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER
6613 AND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING FOR
THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND PRESCRIBING THE PROPER
USES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning
District Map, the rezoning of certain land therein, hereinafter described has
been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "A". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT.
That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted
and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended
so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land located in the West half (W 1/2) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Fourteen (14)
South, Range Two (2) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in
Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
shall become a part of District "A", SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the
use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictio
and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613, with
reference to the SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.

feet S 00°00'00" E of the Northwest corner of the NE/4 of
Section Nineteen (19), said point of beginning being the
Northwest corner of said tract; thence N 90000'00" E a distance
of 830.00 feet to a point that is 62.93 feet S 01°06'56" W of
the north section line of Section Nineteen (19); thence
S 01006'56" W a distance of 1,490.76 feet; thence S 90°00'00" W
a distance of 140 feet; thence N 39028'31" W a distance of
318.28 feet; thence N 20040'38" W a distance of 110 feet;
thence N 71°41'36" W a distance of 222.97 feet; thence southwesterl
a distance of 165.02 feet along the arc of a circle whose
radius is 50 feet and whose center is N 71°41'36" W a distance
of 50 feet; thence N 25043'33" W a distance of 267.86 feet;
thence N 00°00'00" E a distance of 791.84 feet, to the point
of beginning. Said tract contains 23.7 acres, more or less.
(Also known as Blocks 1 and 2, Victoria Heights Subdivision to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas)
shall become a part of District "A", SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the
use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictio
