AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF GAIL AVENUE
WITHIN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of Gail Avenue, a public street in the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
All that portion of GAIL AVENUE from the west line of Linda
Lane west to the east line of the Union Pacific Railroad right-
of-way,
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of Gail Avenue, which
is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
