AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 6613 AND REPEALING THE ORIGINAL SECTION; AND REPEALING SECTION 20,
COMMUNITY UNIT PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT, OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 6613.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance Number 6613 of the City of
Salina, Kansas, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. Districts established.
For the purpose of regulating and restricting the
location of trades and industries, and the location, erection,
alteration and repair of buildings designed for specific uses,
and the use of land, the City of Salina, Kansas, is hereby
divided into Thirteen (13) districts as follows:
District AA.
District A.
District B.
District C.
District DD.
District D.
District EE.
District E.
District FF.
District F.
District G.
District PIP.
District PDD.
First Dwelling House District,
Second Dwelling House District,
Two -Family Dwelling House District,
Apartment House District,
Office District,
Local Business District,
Local Service District,
General Business District,
Restricted Industrial District,
Light Industrial District,
Heavy Industrial District,
Planned Industrial Park District,
Planned Development District,"
Section 2 That Sections 1, Districts established; and 20, Community
Unit Plan and Development, of Ordinance Number 6613 of the City of Salina, Kansas,
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
