AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF 10 FEET OF STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE FRONTAGE ROAD ABUTTING SULLIVAN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of the street right-of-way in the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is the northeast corner of
Lot One (1), Block One (1), Sullivan Addition to the
City of Salina, Kansas; thence east ten (10) feet
along a line parallel to the north line of said
Lot One (1); thence south one thousand two hundred
ninety-nine and seventy-one hundredths feet (1,299.71')
along a line parallel to the east line of said
Lot One (1); thence west ten feet (10') to the
southeast corner of said Lot One (1); thence north
along the east line of said Lot One (1) to the point
of beginning
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That portion of the street right-of-way hereby vacated
shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
