AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF MARKET
PLACE WITHIN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of Market Place, a public street in the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
All that portion of MARKET PLACE from the
north line of Parkway Avenue north 100 feet,
adjacent to Lot 10, Block 1, Key Acres Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of Market Place, which
is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
