BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D', LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That
the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and
published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so
that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land in the North half (N/2) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Thirty-five (35),
Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas
which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said
North half of the Southeast Quarter (N/2 SE/4) and
Seventy-seven and five hundredths feet (77.05') west
of the northeast corner thereof, said point of
beginning also being on the west right-of-way line
of old U.S. Highway 81; thence South zero degrees
Thirteen minutes West (S 0° 13' W) along said west
right-of-way line One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-nine
and seventy-one hundredths feet (1,329.71') to the
south line of said North half of the Southeast Quarter
(N/2 SE/4); thence North Eighty-nine degrees Forty-seven
minutes West (N 89° 47' W) Nine Hundred Three feet
(903.00') along said south line of the North half
of the Southeast Quarter (N/2 SE/4) to the east right-
of-way line of Interstate Highway 35-W; thence North
zero degrees Twenty-three minutes East (N 00 23' E)
One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-seven and Twenty-three
hundredths feet (1,327.23') along said east right-of-way
line of Interstate Highway 35-W to said North line
of the North half of the Southeast Quarter (N/2 SE/4);
thence South Eighty-nine degrees Fifty-six minutes East
(S 890 56' E) Eight Hundred Ninety-nine feet (899.00')
along said North line of the North half of the Southeast
Quarter (N/2 SE/4) to the point of beginning, said tract
containing 27.48 acres.
(Also known as Lot 1, Block 1, Sullivan Addition to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas)
shall become a part of District "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of
said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions
and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613, with
reference to the LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
