When an employee is absent from work due to any of the reasons outlined above for seven (7)three (3)consecutive
calendar days, the employee will be required to begin using Family Medical Leave concurrent with any accrued paid leave
(both sick and vacation). Utilization of Family Medical Leave will begin from the first day the employee is absent.
