8449 Adopt 1976 BudgetJ lJ 844 (Published in The Salina Journala(,( l.�, ZI 1975) —, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING, ADOPTING AND APPROPRIATING BY FUND THE BUDGET OF THE CITY FOR THE YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1976. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. The proposed budget and financial statement as shown on standard State budget forms and subsequent to notice of hearing and a public hearing is approved, adopted and appropriated by fund as the maximum amounts to be expended for the budget year starting January 1, 1976; and Section 2. The Governing Body certifies that the amounts shown to be raised by ad valorem property tax levies are within statutory or duly adopted charter ordinance limitations.
