AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN BLOCK
EIGHT (8), KEY ACRES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That two easements shown on the recorded plat of Key Acres
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and more particularly
described as follows:
All of that certain twenty foot (20') utility easement along and ten
feet (10') either side of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot Three (3), Block Eight (8);
thence south along the rear of Lots One (1), Two (2), and Fifteen
(15), and along the west side of Lot Three (3) to the southwest corner
of Lot Three (3); thence southeasterly a distance of Three Hundred
Thirty feet (330') along the rear of Lots Three (3) , Four (4) , Five
(5) , Six (6) , Seven (7) , Fifteen (15) , Sixteen (16) , Seventeen (17) ,
Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), and the West Thirty feet
(30') of Lot Eight (8), and the West Eighteen feet (18') of Lot
Twenty-one (21), all in Key Acres Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas.
and
All of that certain ten foot (10') utility easement described as
follows:
The Southeast Ten feet (10') of the Northwest Eighteen feet (18')
of Lot Twenty-one (21), Block Eight (8), all in Key Acres Addition to
the City of Salina, Kansas.
be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
