ORDINANCE NUMBER 8520

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING NUMBER 11, SECTION 11, OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 6613
AND REPEALING THE ORIGINAL NUMBER 11, SECTION 11, OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 6613.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Number 11, Section 11, of Ordinance Number 6613
of the City of Salina, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"11. Garages (public) except that in public garages no repair
facilities, activities, dismantled vehicles, or similar
articles shall be maintained outside of the building
and no body or fender repairs or blacksmithing shall be
conducted on any premises adjacent at the side or rear
to a District "AA", "A", "B", or "C".
Section 2. That the original Number 11, Section 11, of Ordinance
Number 6613 of the City of Salina, Kansas, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
