AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF FRONT STREET,
A PUBLIC STREET IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of right-of-way of Front Street in the
Northeast Industrial Park of the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described
as follows:
The East ten (10) feet of Front Street from the north line of
North Street to the South right-of-way line of the Chicago,
Rock Island and Pacific Railroad, adjacent to Lot 1, Block 13,
Northeast Industrial Park.
The West ten (10) feet of Front Street from the north line of
North Street to the south right-of-way line of the Chicago, Rock
Island and Pacific Railroad, adjacent to Lot 1, Block 7, Northeast
Industrial Park.
The West ten (10) feet of Front Street from the north right-of-
way line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad to the
south right-of-way line of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe
Railroad, adjacent to Lot 2, Block 11, Northeast Industrial Park.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above named portion of Front Street, which is
vacated by this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in
accordance with K.S.A 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
